Art - Writing - Self-Expression
Art plays an important role in children's development. Expressing their
initial ideas, perceptions and feelings through art is a way through
which they can formulate and process new concepts.
Furthermore, we help children expand these concepts by maintaining a daily journal about the
day's activities, projects, events and feelings.
Self-expression promotes an early dependency on the child's own ability
in imagining and solving problems. This will nurture the confidence
needed to conceptualize new situations.
Reading, writing, languages, math, art and computers are skills and
tools provided to children to express and work out their conceptual
events, in order to find solutions and to make valid decisions.
